Step 1: Use Corner Guards to protect walls and Baseboards
During our visit we'll protect your home to the best of our ability! This includes using our corner guards which will protect the corners and baseboards of your home from our hoses.
Step 2: Move SOME Furniture
Our techs are happy to move smaller items such as trash cans, ottomans, floor lamps, dining room chairs, and other smaller items during our visit. We are unable to move larger or breakable items at this time such as hutches, large beds, or pool tables.
Step 3: Pre-Spray Carpet
Next we pre-spray all carpeted areas with a solution that works hard to break down even the toughest grease, grime, and dirt! Be careful, this parts a bit slippery!
Step 4: Spot Treatments
We assess all areas to see if there are spots in the carpet such as coffee, ink, gum, etc. and treat them individually with a specialized solution prior to us cleaning the carpet! (We'll let you know ahead of time what will and what won't come out).
Step 5: High temperature Truck-Mounted Cleaning
We clean with some VERY hot water! The water in our machine can reach upwards of almost 290 degrees! Using the latest equipment, we will steam clean your carpet back to life again!
Step 6: Groom and Set the Carpet Pile
We always make sure to leave your carpet footprint free and nicely groomed! We recommend putting any ceiling fan on to help decrease the dry-time. Prior to leaving, we'll wipe up any water or foot prints that may have been left behind. See you next time!
